Cloud Computing Education in Data Science, Genomics & Health Symposium
 

This symposium brings together educators and researchers surrounding cloud computing in data science, genomics, and health. The theme of this inaugural event is "Learning Today to Better Shape Tomorrow." We will engage in NIH Cloud computing workshops, panels, learning sessions, rapid talks, and research presentations during this event.

Filming and Photography Media Policy

As we embark on this momentous journey, we want to ensure that you are informed about our filming and photography media policy. Our inaugural event, "Learning Today to Better Shape Tomorrow," aims to unite educators and researchers in cloud computing, data science, genomics, and health. Throughout the conference, attendees will engage in enriching workshops, panels, learning sessions, rapid talks, and research presentations facilitated by esteemed experts.

By attending this conference, you consent to the possibility of being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Your participation signifies your agreement to use any resulting media by North Carolina A&T State University for various purposes, including promotional materials and online platforms. While we prioritize your privacy, please be aware that you are waiving any claims about using media featuring you by participating. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and eagerly anticipate your presence at the Cloud Computing Education in Data Science, Genomics & Health Symposium.


Refund Policy:

A full refund is available until May 30, 2024. All refunds must be received in writing to klrhineh@ncat.edu and whitep@ncat.edu. After the deadline, a substitution can be made if a registrant cannot attend. 

Substitution
To substitute a name, please email Pat White at whitep@ncat.edu and state the conference name in the subject. In the body of the message, list the person who registered for the event and provide the required information: substitute name, email, and meal preference. 


To register, use the directions below:

  1. Add to Cart, Select Registration Fee type, Add to Cart, and Checkout
  2. Click on Create Account and enter the required information
  3. Click Submit
  4. You should see your Dashboard and click on Continue
  5. Click on the shopping cart to complete your registration with a credit card information
  6. Submit and then print this receipt for your record.
