Get ready for Med Camp—a fun and exciting adventure for middle and high school students dreaming of a future in medicine or healthcare! You’ll hear inspiring talks from real healthcare pros, dive into hands-on training labs, and team up for cool group projects and discussions. Oh, and did we mention? You’ll walk away CPR-certified, too!
Dates: July 7-11, 2025 Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm Grades: Rising 8th-11th Grade Arrival: 8:00 am (arriving before 8 am is not permitted) Drop off is at Noble Hall Depart: 5:00 pm Camp Fee: $275. A $100 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit will be put towards the registration fee. Location: NC A&T, Noble Hall & Hines Hall, Room TBA Note: Parents/Guardians can pay an additional late fee pickup charge of $50 and pick up campers by 6:00 pm. Arriving Late (after 8:10 am): Continue to the camp classroom and sign in your camper. Please remember parking permits are required to park on campus for an extended time. Please do not park in reserved or handicapped spaces unless you have a handicap permit. Note: Minors cannot be unaccompanied on North Carolina A&T's campus. Parents must accompany minors to the classroom and sign in the camper. If a parent/guardian does not accompany the camper to class, the parent/guardian will be called and dismissed from the program, and no refund will be issued. The inaugural Truth and Transformation conference will unite scholars, artists, academic leaders, and students to explore the legacy, current state, and future of the humanities and social sciences at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Hosted by the Center of Excellence for Social Justice at North Carolina A&T State University, this convening will feature dynamic panels, presentations, and exhibits that reflect the interdisciplinary nature of these fields and their critical role in advancing equity, justice, and innovation in Black higher education.The conference will feature panels, presentations, and artistic exhibits from prominent scholars, practitioners, and creatives.
