Exhibitors:

Exhibitors will be provided a 6' table and two chairs.

Exhibitors are required to carry comprehensive general liability insurance and it must be procured at the exhibitor's sole expense. Coverage requirements are outlined below.

• The insurance must be maintained through the term of the contract (September 7-9, 2022) and must cover against claims for bodily injury, death and property damage occurring in or upon or resulting from the premises at North Carolina A&T State University. Such insurance shall include contractual liability coverage.
• Such insurance shall name North Carolina A&T State University as additionally insured.
• Workers Compensation shall be in full compliance with all federal and state laws, covering all the Exhibitor's employees engaged in the performance of any work for and/or by the Exhibitor.
• All property of the Exhibitor is understood to remain under its custody and control in transit to and from the confines of the Alumni Foundation Event Center and during the conference.

REQUIRED COVERAGE

Abstract Format:

Abstract (300 words) should be written in English and typed single spaced (size 12 font). Prepare abstract on standard size white paper (8½ in. by 11 in.) Leave 1-inch margins, left right, top and bottom. Center the title (maximum 12 words, bold type, all caps) at the top of the page. Leave one line of space after the title and list all authors and their affiliations including city, state/province and country. The name of the correspondent/ presenting author should be underlined. Leave one line space after the authors and begin the abstract text. Leave one line space between paragraphs. Do not indent paragraphs. Submit abstracts and full papers electronically to Program Chairs (Word document).
